Rhode Island Red Rye - 5.9% -- Available on shelves in KC! --
Hey, remember that delicious new red ale we had the other day...
Right. We couldn’t either and thought that was a shame. So, we went to the drawing board and designed a gutsy new brew that we hope you find remarkable. It’s a festival of rye malt, red malt, honey malt and a touch of roasted barley over a base that includes both 2-row and Maris Otter. East Kent Golding and Fuggle keep the crowd in line. Harmony.
Pekin Cider - 9.2% -- LOCAL Flavor! --
They say it’s what is on the inside that really counts… We couldn’t agree more! Cock-a-Doodle Brews is very proud to share this delicious hard cider, which we make with apple cider from our friends at the nearby Louisburg Cider Mill, and pure raw honey from bees we keep in our own backyard hives in Lone Jack, MO. Bee respectful - this one can sneak up and sting you. Buzz buzz.
Hippie Chick IPA- 5.9% -- Brand New - Spring 2019! --
Juicilicious. Hoptactular. Hazecation.
Sometimes words just aren't enough... The perfect description for the hoppy happiness of Hippie Chick is elusive, because there's really nothing quite like it. We imagine you'll sit back, take a sip, close your eyes, and smile as you dream up your own creative ideas. The flavor experience is crafted by a hop commune of Citra, Mosaic, and Amarillo with a dash of Cascade, all sitting atop a truly unique malt mix with rolled oats and maize. Peace and liquid love.
Mother Clucker’s Black IPA - 5.7%
Once you go black… Big, bold and beautifully balanced, our Mother Clucker’s Black IPA uses a 2-row base malt, blackened with Cara Aroma and Carafa. Then we hop it up with Galena, Mosaic, Amarillo, and Simco. The very first recipe we tried instantly became one of our all time favorite brews, so we haven’t changed a thing since we first introduced it at the 2016 Blarney Brew Off. Beer limousine.
Lohmann Brown - 5.0%
This one’s dedicated to all you malt lovers... We picked our favorite characteristics of both Northern English and Southern English styles and created a heartland variety all our own. Generous additions of Maris Otter and Brown Malt sit on top of the 2-row base grain, and are rounded out with Carapils and Caramunich for a rich and full malty deliciousness. A touch of dark molasses makes magic happen. Low and slow.
Orpington Golden Ale - 5.4%
If you were stranded on an island with only one type of beer…
Orpington Solid Country Gold is a frequent pick for those contemplating such deep and profound questions. Here, we took an unusual path of using Vienna malt as our base and mixing in some clever additions of maize and oats. It creates a brilliant, crisp beer canvas that lets the Citra and Mosaic hops really show off. Sunshine in a bottle.
